For a whole year, you have asked me—DM after DM—to go deeper and share more of my thinking. I have heard you. I am finally going to answer.
The Well is coming soon, once the legal agreements and access arrangements are in order.
Many of you have also asked for one-to-one conversations with me and offered to pay. Please be patient. Putting the legal arrangements in place takes time, and accepting your money carries an ethical responsibility that I take seriously.
Before I offer paid conversations, I need to be clear about what I can offer, the boundaries of those conversations, and what you should expect. Details will be announced when those arrangements are ready.
